SANA Make Essence Concealer

I am always curious to try asian brand makeup products and last week when I was shopping for some ramen I saw this concealer and got suckered into the cute packaging. I got the shade in Light Pink which I thought was really good to conceal purple/blue dark circles. The concealer claims to conceal skin discoloration and even out skin tone. As the picture in the packaging suggests, I decided to test it out as an under eye concealer. I think this is where I got confused...

As you can see the concealer looks very natural, but I still feel there is uneven skin tone under my eyes as it did not fully cover my dark circles. It’s a pretty light and sheer concealer that blends out very naturally. However, I thought it was a little too sheer and had to really build up the layers to be somewhat satisfied. I did some research online and I believe the light pink one is actually made with silicone and it’s mainly to help cover pores and to help reduce the appearance of pores. There is a yellow one that is used for under eyes so I may have to pick that up and give it a try and test the pink one again for pores!

Do you guys products based on packaging?
