Tea tree in skincare products helps treat acne, eczema, and can also be an ingredient for shampoo and even deodorant. It helps kill bacteria, controls oil if you have blemish prone skin and is usually very affordable!
I have been loving the Tea Tree Water Toner from LUSH for the past few months. I use this morning and night and it feels very refreshing and clean when I use it. I don't mind the scent and I love that it packs very few but good ingredients. It contains antibacterial tea tree, juniperberry (great for controlling oily skin and acne prone skin) and grapefruit water.
I recently also began using the Tea Tree Blemish Fade Night Lotion from The Body Shop to help on nights when I feel breakouts are about to happen. I am not the biggest fan of the scent. At all. The only real problem I do have with this is the smell but that might not be the case with everyone. What drew me to this product was it's claim to help improve the appearance of blemish-damaged skin while you sleep so after I finish using this lotion up I will report back.
