One more MAC x Proenza Schouler collection post. Left is the gorgeous Ocean City and to the right is Sunset Beach. Just look at how beautiful they are!!!
So MAC had a little bit of a mix-up when sending out their blushes. I had originally ordered Ocean City but they sent me Sunset Beach! After calling them a few times and reading other people talk about this problem on instagram, I was told they would let me keep Sunset Beach and they would send Ocean City free of charge since it was their mistake. Woohoo! Now I have both the blushes and I love both!
Here are the two blushes swatched. I blended the ombre color together. Ocean City is a very peachy coral blush and Susnet Beach is a bright pop of barbie pink. They aren't as pigmented as they look in the pan which is a good thing so I just take my brush, swirl it around to mix the ombre colors and blend it in to my cheeks. I love the packaging and everything about these 2 blushes. I am happy to have a cool tone pink blush because this is something I normally wouldn't pick up but it's still beautiful to wear. Overall I am super happy about all my Proenza Schouler purchases and love using them!
