I was starting to feel a little down because recently my skin has become very spotty. I've turned to a skincare cult product to help me fight my blemishes and keep my skin... as clear as possible: the Mario Badescu Drying Lotion. My skin has been very oily lately and although I think this has helped me with some of my spots overnight, some of my blemishes (mostly on my forehead) are still taking awhile to get rid of.
First of all you do not shake this bottle. You dip a q-tip in the bottle so it picks up the pink sediment at the bottom and you dot it on your blemishes after you finish your normal routine at night. Using a combination of calamine and salicylic acid, this product dries out your pimples overnight and really does reduce their appearance by morning. You definitely look pretty crazy with a bunch of pink dots all over your face but you're just going to sleep and it's really not that bad. Do not rub the product into the skin, you just gently dab the q-tip on the areas you need it. I've been using this every night all month and it's a very affordable product as well!
Also another fun fact, if you place this on a mosquito bite it helps reduce the itch. I recommend you try this if you're dealing with spotty skin this month!
